Including Katelyn, there are 11 girls in Mrs. Craig's class. They all made it over for varying parts of the evening, and ultimately, 7 ended up spending the night. Katelyn had mapped out the evening in ten minute increments, which we didn't quite follow, but I thought her plan was well thought out, and she was excited about it nonetheless.
Most of the girls walked home with us after school to start the festivities.
Playing the toilet paper game that I played at slumber parties when I was in school. It was actually a big hit, although it looked like it had snowed in our playroom when it was over.
A former student, Sami Elefante, came over and painted the girls' nails.
Dinner at Kyoto--Hibachi Grill
Taking the group picture so it could be added to the wall.
Katelyn looking spastic as she unwraps a One Direction book.
Popcorn and Movie--Monte Carlo
Breakfast in the morning.
Overall, I think it was a huge success--although I can't speak for the parents who had to pick up their bleary-eyed kids in the morning :)
